When Integrated Vascular Vein Center (IVVC) first approached Vers Creative, they knew they had something powerful: a non-surgical, insurance-covered treatment that helps people avoid knee replacement. But there was a gap between what they offered and what patients understood. Their message sounded too clinical. Patients were skeptical, confused, or unaware the treatment even existed. They needed a way to cut through the medical terminology and speak directly to the fears, hopes, and concerns of real people. Their goal was simple: help patients understand the option and believe it works.

Many patients with chronic knee pain feel stuck. They’ve tried everything, therapy, injections, pain meds, and still live in pain. Surgery feels like the only option, but it’s risky, expensive, and requires long recovery time.
Worse, most have never heard of Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE), and those who have often assume it’s experimental or unproven. Fear and confusion lead to inaction.

Integrated Vascular Vein Center (IVVC) is a boutique clinic in Michigan offering a 15-minute, non-surgical procedure that relieves knee pain without cutting, anesthesia, or downtime. The results are often life-changing, but the average patient doesn’t know this option exists.
That’s where we came in. Vers Creative helped IVVC bring their story to life, creating two brand-aligned videos: a real patient testimonial and a doctor-led explainer. Both are now central to IVVC’s website, ad campaigns, and email funnels.

In just 60 seconds, he walks patients through what the procedure is, who it’s for, and why it works. We avoided jargon and stayed focused on what patients care about—results, safety, and real hope.
